The eligible candidate should be pursuing/completed MBA in HR/Sales.
Are available for full time (in-office) internship.
Location Chennai and 5 positions open for the year 2018 (3 in HR and Recruiting 2 No’s in Sales and Marketing).
Preferably available for duration of 4-5 Months (Starting Feb to May 2018)
Have relevant skills and interests- Skills sought include critical thinking, project management, interpersonal, organizational and analytic skills.
Functional areas available to interns include HR and Recruiting, operations management, Sales and Marketing.
Stipend during the Internship and 100% Job Offered upon successful Completion of the Internship programme.
On successful completion of the internship period you will get the completion letter.
Stipend- INR 3500-6000 (Performance Based).
The selection will be based on a Face to Face Interview with the CEO.
About the Internship programme
Company will provide a positive, supportive learning environment in which the intern may participate in work that directly correlates to their academic major.
We discuss with the intern a minimum of 2 evaluations–midterm and final–with emphasis on progress made towards learning objectives and plan for continued learning.
The company will designate an area expert to serve as the supervisor; provide a meaningful orientation for the intern to the organization’s purpose, services, clientele, and operating practices. Make available space, Computer, Laptop, Internet, andsupplies, and other resources needed for completing assignments.
We also will review and sign Daily, Weekly and monthly Time Logs and conduct on job Performance reviews.
Notify the faculty supervisor/ HOD of the College immediately in the event the intern’s performance becomes unsatisfactory.
Student Intern Responsibilities
Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, which includes arriving on time for designated work, notifying the site supervisor of any deviations from the established schedule, and dressing to the standards of the organization and the work being performed. Respect the organization’s reporting structure and follow the policies and procedures of the organization.
Interns will get a real-time industry learning experience in the area of HR and Recruiting Sales and Marketing, Digital Sales, Branding, Workflow and Analytics.
The Intern will learn the business communications in a clear, confident, and effective manner and will also learn how to present it to senior client management.
Communicate effectively with the immediate supervisor, and other staff within the organization; accept and apply critiques and suggestions to daily work in an effort to become more productive and/or efficient.
